JOIN US IN THE FIGHT!
Your donation can help restore justice and humanity
Like you, the National Justice Project fights to end systemic discrimination. Alongside our courageous clients, we’re not afraid to stand up to powerful government institutions to hold them to account.
Governments aren’t moving fast enough – but we are. Your donation means we can continue to represent our clients, launch strategic legal cases against oppressive institutions, show up in court and keep rallying our allies to end discrimination together.
Your donation will fund our fight against systemic discrimination:
- In prisons
- In healthcare
- In refugee detention
- In policing
We’re 100% people powered
We don’t ask the Government for donations – instead, we hold it to account. That’s why we operate with zero government funding. We’re 100% independently funded by our supporters.
THE WORK YOU'RE FUNDING

The police attitude and behaviour towards First Nations people in WA and other States, seems to be an entrenched, cruel contempt. What kind of people are they? How do they treat their own families? Their training and screening for attitude must be seriously skewed or lacking.

Hi. I was so very sorry to read about the Mullaley case/s. It is beyond appalling and I could not believe that this goes on still in Australia today! I watched the SBS program but had forgotten about the case - what does that say about me!! A colonial justice system seems the only way to describe this institutional racism and ill-treatment of so many Aboriginal and TS Islanders... Australians should hand our heads in shame... I hope my donation will help, albeit in a very most way indeed.

Thank you for the work you are doing. I hope you will continue until the end. The cruelty of this case is too distressing. I don't know how people can live through this. Please give my love to Charlie's mother and her father, if you have an opportunity to do so.

I'm just stunned by the police's treatment of this family. Those behind such disgraceful behaviour need rooting out, charged with dereliction of duty, then discharged from the police force.

Australians should be ashamed of the way jn which children who need help are badly treated. It is usually the aboriginal children who are treated the most shocking way. I am a pensioner, and 87 yrs of age, so I cannot donate very much
