We take on the most challenging cases which we believe will advance human rights. Our powerful, multi-pronged approach - strategic legal action, education, advocacy and partnerships - provides access to justice for those who might otherwise be left behind and shines a light on issues which otherwise might fall through the gaps.
We do not seek or receive any government funding
We remain independent so we can fearlessly hold decision-makers to account for systemic discrimination. We rely on contributions from our grassroots supporters who want to see justice, fairness and equity for people who have been denied their human rights.
Our ultimate goal is to create a more equitable society and fairer societal systems for First Nations peoples, asylum seekers, people with disabilities and others in need.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, donations of $2 or more are 100% tax dedictible. Your tax receipt will be emailed to you a few moments after you complete your donation online.
